Yes. We require a $1000 non-refundable deposit in order to hold your date. The remaining balance is due 30 days before your event.

All tours must be scheduled in advance.

If you would like access outside of the time frame listed on the contract you can add additional time to your event for $250/hour.

We accept cash, checks, or Venmo*.
*A 1.5% fee will be added to Venmo transactions

A $1000 non-refundable deposit is due in order to reserve your date. The remainder of the balance plus the $500 security deposit is due 30 days before your event. The Security Deposit will be refunded 15 days after your event.

Fireworks are prohibited on the property, but we do allow sparklers to be used outside of the venue.
